Restaurant Manager Tony Thompson-Tonks has worked in a number of high-profile venues and most recently managed restaurant operations at the multi-award-winning Hurley House Hotel.

Leading the floor team at Cinquieme, his focus is to provide a special brand of hospitality to all guests, where they can enjoy spectacular food and drinks and experience a wonderful evening out.
